摘要
京津冀协同发展作为一项重要的国家战略,人才协同发展是关键。因为人才是经济发展的主力军和动力源。但是,目前京津冀人才协同发展状况不容乐观,存在着突出问题。当前,我们应正视问题,并试图从体制改革、平台搭建、制度配套、人才培养、理念培树、机制创新等方面打破三地人才发展瓶颈,以便做好人力资源配置,促进京津冀协同发展。
Because people are the main force and power source for economic development, as an important na- tional strategy of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province collaborative development, talented person' s co-develop- ment is the key. However, the current situation is not optimistic about the talented person' s development of Bei- jing-Tianjin-Hebei Province, there are some outstanding issues. At present, we should address the issue and break the development bottleneck of human resources from the system' s reforming, the platform building, sys- tem supporting, personnel and the concept training, mechanism innovation to do a good job. The aim is to better promote the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative development.
