Administrative Decision-Making Error Accountability on the PPP Model of Urban Governance

随着《京津冀协同发展规划纲要》的出台，京津冀三地多年来“剪不断理还乱”的定位问题终于厘清。

Based on the Urban Governance Theory, PPP model realizes multiple subject participation in urban governance, solving the'Public Tragedy'phenomenon effectively. Administrative decision-making error accountability exists in administration where the administrative subject exercises its authority in PPP model. Administrative decision-making errors assessment shall include: administrative decision-making error conduct,heavy loss result and causality. When judging the administrative decision is error or not, it should obey three principles: legal principle, the equality of right and responsibility, procedure public.
