众多政府“僵尸网站”说明了什么

Western Mao Zedong Studies from the Perspective of The China Quarterly(1960～2014)

随着互联网的迅猛发展，许多政府部门花重金打造门户网站，发布相关政策信息、通过官方微博等政民互动平台“听民意、汇民智、解民忧、聚民心”，初衷是好的。但是有不少政府部门的网站却徒有形式，属于“僵尸网站”。

In the history of Western Mao Zedong Studies, The China Quarterly, founded in London in 1960, focused on contemporary China especially Chinese politics and Mao Zedong studies for more than half a century,is very famous and still an important window for us to understand Western Mao Zedong Studies. This paper primarily summarized the main contents and basic characteristic of Western Mao Zedong Studies through reviewing 103 articles published by The China Quarterly during 1960~2014 in order to provide reference for indepth study.
