摘要
当前,理论界与实践界都认为企业需要构建恰当的物联网商业模式,从而有效地释放和获取物联网技术的商业价值。为此,运用模块化理论深入解析物联网商业模式的复杂结构、可能形态与构建路径。研究发现:用户企业物联网商业模式是由能够独立设计而又功能集成的技术模块和业务模块构成;按照用户企业处理看得见的设计规则可将物联网商业模式划分为封闭型、开放型与自适应型3种类型;用户企业通过模块整合构建物联网商业模式,包括技术模块整合、技术模块与业务模块整合、跨企业的模块整合3个层次。
Business models( BM) of Internet of Things( Io T) have attracted substantial attention from both academics and practitioners. This paper,based on modularity concepts,analyzed the complex structure,possible patterns,and building paths of the BM of Io T. The results show that the BM of Io T for an enterprise user is composed of technological and business modules that are designed independently but still function as an integrated whole; the BM of Io T can be divided into closed BM,open BM,and adaptive BM by an enterprise user handling visible design rules; the BM of Io T is built through the integration of technological modules,technological and business modules,and boundary-spanning modules separately or synthetically.
