摘要
环境规制对技术创新的影响在产业间存在差异。研究以煤炭开采业为研究对象,通过使用1990年—2013年间的时间序列数据建立回归模型,实证了环境规制对煤炭开采业技术创新的影响。邹氏断点检验表明:2006年后环境规制对煤炭开采业创新投入的正向作用呈现加速趋势。在此结论的基础上,给出了政府规制的相关建议。
The influence of environmental regulation on industry technology innovation is different. A regression model was set up in this paper using time series data of mining industry from 1990 to 2013. The empirical study showed that environmental regulation has a positive effect on mining industry,especially after the year of 2006. Some advices are given on this basis.
