摘要
建立一套实用、合理且可操作性的持续创新能力评价体系对企业来说具有极其重要的实践指导意义,但传统的AHP评价方法以及模糊评价方法忽视了系统因素之间的相互依存性。为了弥补上述方法的不足,文章非线性ANP排序方法对企业持续创新能力予以综合评价。该方法的应用证明,非线性ANP排序方法是可行的,并且有较强的实际应用可操作性,同时该方法的评价结果为改善企业持续创新能力提供了一定的理论依据。
It is extremely important practical significance for enterprise to establish a practical, reasonable and workable evaluation system of sustainable innovation capability. However, the traditional AHP evaluation and fuzzy evaluation methods ignores the interdependence between the system factors. To compensate the flaw of above method, in this paper, a nonlinear ANP sort method is to be used for comprehensive evaluation of sus- tainable innovation capability. Application of the method to prove that nonlinear ANP sorting method is feasible and practical application of a strong operability, while the results of the evaluation of the method provide a basis for improving sustainable innovation capability of enterprise.
