摘要
目的探讨品管圈活动在抢救车规范管理中的实践和效果。方法成立品管圈小组,应用品管圈活动步骤,对全院57辆抢救车管理不规范原因进行分析,制定改进措施,规范抢救车管理,实施6个月后评价效果。结果实施品管圈活动后,抢救车规范管理达标率由活动前的49%提高到活动后的79%,圈员认为本次品管圈活动提升了参与管理的意识和工作能力。结论开展品管圈活动规范了全院抢救车的管理,提高了圈员能力,对提高精细化管理水平、提升护理质量起到了积极推动的作用。
Objective To explore the practice and effect of quality control circle(QCC)in the standard management of ambulance.Methods A QCC team was established then improvement measures were formulated after the analysis of the reasons for non-standard management of ambulances then the effect of 6-month practice was assessed.Results The rate of standard management of ambulance was improved from 49% to 79% after QCC practice and memebers in QCC team regarded that the practice benefited the improvement of management awareness and working ability.Conclusion QCC practice benefits the management of ambulances and the improvement of QCC team members' ability,which promotes nursing management and nursing quality.
