摘要
【目的】为寻求高产奶牛的繁殖模式,促进胚胎移植技术在奶业生产上的应用。【方法】我们在全区27个乡镇,在农户条件下应用性控胚胎以西杂母牛为受体,共移植高产奶牛冷冻胚胎1796头。【结果】妊娠971头,平均妊娠率54.06%,繁活犊牛952头,生母率96.42%。春、秋季的受胎率较高,最高达到55.09%,高于夏季7、8月份最低的52.69%,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。西杂牛不同黄体级别的A、B级的移植结果A级受胎率为0.558%;B级受胎率为52%。A级黄体与B级移植的受胎率差异不显著(P>0.05)。【结论】说明采取这一模式进行两种奶牛繁殖是切实可行的,具有推广应用价值。
【Objective】In order to explore the breeding mode of high yield cows and to promote the industrialization application of the embryo transplantation technology on the milk industry production.【Method】The experimentation has been implemented in 27 towns of all regions and with Simmental cross bred cow as donator under the conditions of village farmers.There were 1796 frozen embryos of high yield cows were transplanted in total.【Result】A total of 971 cows have been pregnancy and the average gestation rate was 54.06%,and produced 952 survival calves with the rate of producing female was 96.42%.The results showed that the gestations with the rate of 55.9%in spring and autumn was higher than summer in July and August,which with the lowest pregnant rate of 52.69%.But the difference was not significant(P〉0.05).The transplantation results of the Simmental cross bred cow with the different progesterone level of A grade and B grade showed that the gestation rate of A grade is 0.558%,the gestation rate of B is 52%.After statistical analysis,the difference of gestation rate of A grade and B grade was not significant(P〉0.05).【Conclusion】Our study showed that it is feasible and scalable to breed excellent cow by applying this mode
