摘要 [目的]为了研究精料中添加复合酶制剂对肉牛育肥效果、养分的表观消化率和血液生化指标的影响。[方法]本试验选择30头平均体重为329.9kg的西门塔尔育肥公牛,随机分为三个处理组,进行91天的饲养试验。组一、组二饲料精料中分别添加0.1%和0.2%的的复合酶制剂,组三为对照组。[结果]试验表明:组一、组二的日增重较组三分别提高了14.7%和36.5%,差异极显著(P<0.01);料重比分别降低17.5%和30.6%,差异极显著(P<0.01)。[结论]表明精料中添加0.2%的复合酶制剂的育肥效果最好。 【Objective】The aim of this paper was to study the effect of adding compound enzyme preparations on beef cattle fattening,nutrient apparent digestibility and blood biochemical indexes.【Method】30cattle with the average weight of 329.9kg were selected in this experiment,which were randomly divided into three groups and a 91 days feeding test was constructed.0.1% and 0.2% compound enzyme preparations were added respectively in group 1and group 2,group 3as control group.【Result】The results showed that the average daily gain of group 1and group 2were increased by 14.7%and 36.5%than group 3,which had significant difference(P〈0.01).The material weight ratio was decreased by 17.5%and 30.6% respectively,which had significant difference(P〈0.01).【Conclusion】Adding 0.2% compound enzyme preparation is the best to fatten beef cattle.
