肉牛接种口蹄疫O、A、亚I型三价灭活疫苗的免疫效果试验

Immune Effect test of Beef Cattle Inoculating Trivalent Inactivated Vaccine Against Foot and Mouth Disease Type O,Type A and Type Asian I

【目的】为了确实掌握肉牛接种口蹄疫O型、A型、亚洲I型三价灭活疫苗的免疫效果。【方法】我们在张掖市动物疫病预防控制中心和山丹县动物疫病预防控制中心开展了肉牛接种口蹄疫O型、A型、亚洲I型三价灭活疫苗的免疫效果试验。试验【结果】表明:用口蹄疫三价灭活苗免疫后30天,肉牛的O型、A型和亚洲I型免疫抗体合格率分别为95.0%、82.5%、92.5%,完全能达到农业部规定的免疫抗体合格率大于等于70%的标准。【结论】说明一针防三型口蹄疫是可以做到的,本文为口蹄疫综合防治和免疫抗体检测工作提供科学依据。

【Objective】In order to know the immune effect of beef cattle inoculating trivalent inactivated vaccine against foot and mouth disease type O,type A and type Asian I.【Method】We carried out the test in zhangye animal disease prevention and control center and shandan county animal disease prevention and control center.【Result】Experiment showed that with 30 days after the disease trivalent inactivated vaccine,beef cattle type O,type A and type I Asian immune antibody qualified rates were 95.0%,82.5%and92.5%,respectively,which can completely reach immune antibody qualified rate was greater than or equal to 70% standard in the department of agriculture.
