The Experience and Measures of the Construction About Animal Epidemic Prevention System in Jingyuan County

泾源县独特的气候条件、水草资源和人文生态环境优势,最适宜发展肉牛养殖。同时,以肉牛养殖为主的草畜产业已成为全县农业增效、农民增收和带动地方经济可持续发展的主导产业。但是,为草畜产业持续健康快速发展保驾护航的动物防疫体系不健全成为制约产业转型升级的"瓶颈"问题,为了确保以肉牛养殖为主的特色优势产业具有长久和旺盛的生命力,从而带动农民增收致富奔小康,县委、政府高瞻远瞩,心系民生,加大投入,全力建设基层畜牧兽医服务体系,为产业发展夯实基础,为农民增收致富搭建桥梁。

Jingyuan county has unique climatic conditions,water resources and cultural ecological environment,which is suitable for the development of beef cattle breeding.At the same time,the livestock industry based on beef cattle breeding had become a leading industry in promoting county agricultural synergism,farmer income and the sustainable development of local economy.However,the ＂ bottleneck＂ problem that the animal epidemic prevention system which was important for the continued development of livestock industry healthy and rapidly was not sound and it restricted the transformation and upgrade of industrial.Therefore,in order to ensure that the characteristics and advantages of the industry mainly including the beef cattle breeding has a long and vigorous vitality and drives a farmer to become rich and go straight towards well-off,the government had increased investment and tried their best to construct the service system of animal husbandry and veterinary,which laid a solid foundation for the development of the industry as well as build bridges for farmer to get rich.
