摘要 "教体融合"是以"以人为本"作为思想基础,以人的和谐发展作为基础和实现目标的手段,是教育体系与竞技体育培养体系实现高层次融合的一种尝试,是我国新时期培养竞技体育人才模式的创新,它对我国体育教育发展有着重要的意义。在辨析"教体融合"与"教体结合"二者本质差异的基础上,从政府体育行政职能的转变、国家教育体制改革、青少年"阳光体育运动"的开展以及我国经济的高速发展,为我国高校实行"教体融合"提供了可能性。结合我国现阶段高等教育发展和竞技体育后备人才培养的实际情况,剖析现阶段高校实行"教体融合"存在着观念落后、组织封闭、资源缺乏、训练模式刻板、管理体制僵化等瓶颈问题,为探索有效的"教体融合"机制奠定理论基础。 "Integration of education and sports training"is an attempt to realize the integration of the educational system and competitive sports training system. It is an innovative mode of cultivating competitive sports talents in the new period. Based on the analysis of the differences between"integration of education and sports training"and"combination of education and sports training",this paper looks at the possibility of the"integration of education and sports training"from the perspectives of government sports administrative functions,national education system reform,sunshine sports and economic development,analyzes the actual situation of higher education development and reserve personnel training in competitive sports in China,and explores bottlenecks in the efforts to realize the integration,including outdated perceptions,closed organizations,a lack of resources,the rigid training mode and management system,etc.
