摘要
为了研究密封式电磁继电器触点的工作电弧对继电器使用寿命造成影响的问题,依据电磁热力学理论,采用电磁热力学有限元仿真的研究方法,首先建立了密封式继电器铜基触点在工作状态下的数学模型,确定了电弧的电磁流体动力学模型.考虑到多种影响因素下的边界条件,给出了基于ANSYS的电磁热力学仿真,并分别研究了热力学环境下的静态电弧仿真分析和动态电弧仿真分析,然后利用MATLAB进行了数值曲线拟合分析.研究得出了该种型号继电器工作时触点电弧的极限温度以及在不同温度下的电弧电压特性.
The problem of the service life of the relay is harmful to the relay contact. This experiment is based on the electromagnetic theory and the finite element simulation method. First of all, we established the sealed relay copper-based contact in the working state of the mathematical model, determined the arc of the electromagnetic fluid dynamics model, considering the various influencing factors of boundary conditions is given, and the electromagnetic thermodynamics simulation is based on ANSYS. Respectively, to study the thermodynamic environment under the static arc simulation analysis and dynamic arc simulation analysis, we use MATLAB numerical curve fitting analysis. The limiting temperature of the contact arc and the arc voltage characteristics at different temperatures were studied.
