摘要 为了提高溶剂法稠油脱酸的效率,以95%乙醇为溶剂,采用超声波辅助对稠油进行脱酸研究.选定对脱羧影响比较大的超声波功率、脱酸时间、脱酸温度和剂油比作为试验因素,运用均匀设计法优化了脱酸工艺,确定了最佳脱酸工艺条件:超声波功率为400 W,脱酸时间为7 min,脱酸温度70℃,剂油比为0.3(m L·g-1).利用此条件进行稠油脱酸,脱酸率达到70.35%.利用超声波辅助溶剂法进行稠油脱酸,不仅脱酸时间短、脱酸温度低,且脱酸率较高,后处理简单,具有潜在的工业化应用前景. In order to improve the removal rate of acid from heavy oil with the solvent method, in this study, ultrasonic assisted method was used to investigate the deacidification of heavy oil using 95% ethanol as solvent. Simultaneously, uniform design method was applied to optimize the deacidification process according to four important condition parameters (ultrasonic power, deacidification time, deacidification temperature and solvent-to-oil ratio). The optimum deacidification process conditions were determined as follow: ultrasonic power is 400 W, deacidification time is 7 min, deacidification temperature is 70℃ and the solvent-to-oil ratio is 0. 3 (mL · g-1 ). under that condition, the acid removal rate from heavy oil was up to 70.35%. The ultrasound-assisted solvent method exhibits a lot of advantages in heavy oil deacidification process, such as, short deacidification time, low deacidification temperature,high deacidification rate and simple post-processing, which possesses potential prospect for industrialization.
