摘要
介绍了双输出双级矩阵变换器(DO-TSMC)工作原理,分析了一种按照比例系数分配各逆变级作用时间的双空间矢量调制策略。在此基础上提出一种优化的整流级零电流换流方法,即通过将整流级的零电流矢量作用时间进行拆分和合理分配,提高了DO-TSMC整流级换流的可靠性。搭建一台以数字信号处理器(DSP)和复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)为控制器的实验样机,实验结果验证了调制策略和换流方法的有效性和可行性。
This paper introduces the operation principle of dual-output two stage matrix converter(DO-TSMC), and analyzes the dual space vector modulation strategy which can assign the action time factor of each inverter.Based on the modulation strategy,an optimized zero current strategy is proposed,which splits and reasonably allocates the action time of rectifier stage zero current vector to improve the reliability of DO-TSMC commutation.An experimental prototype is set up based on the controller of digital signal processor(DSP) and complex programmable complex logic deviee(CPLD).The experiment verify effectiveness and feasibility of the modulation strategy and commutation principle.
