摘要 三电平拓扑具有输出电流谐波小,变换效率高等优点,在新能源领域得到广泛运用。使用基于反向阻断绝缘栅双极型晶体管(RB-IGBT)的新型三电平拓扑结构,设计了永磁同步电机(PMSM)驱动,开发了驱动器软件,研究了驱动器控制方法,并且进行了样机实验。实验表明所搭建的样机运行良好,实现了电网电流输出电流总谐波畸变率(THD)小于5%,整机转换效率大于95%。 Three-level topology has been widely used in new energy field because of the advantages in efficiency and current harmonic.Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM ) driver with reverse-blocking insulated gate bipolar transistor(RB-IGBT) based three-level topology is designed,the control algorithm and test of the prototype driver is studied.The test result shows that the prototype driver works well while grid current total harmonic distribution(THD) is less than 5% and total conversion efficiency is more than 95%.
