摘要
基于集成门极换流晶闸管(IGCT)的大容量电力电子变流装置广泛应用于冶金传动、矿井提升、油气输送等工业领域,为研究IGCT的器件特性,需进行建模分析。提出一种IGCT的功能型模型,分析了IGCT等效工作电路的理论换流过程。仿真模型具有计算速度快、参数求解简单的特点,并在仿真软件PSIM中实现,仿真与实验结果验证了模型的有效性和换流过程分析的正确性。
High power electronic devices based on integrated gate commutated thyristor (IGCT) are widely used in the metallurgical transmission,mine hoisting,oil and gas transportation and other fields.In order to research the characteristic of IGCT, it is necessary to build the simulation model.The functional model of IGCT is developed and the commutation process of IGCT equivalent circuit is analyzed.The model is of the key features such as high simulation speed and easy parameter solution,and is built in PSIM.The simulation and experimental results validate the effectiveness of simulation model and the correctness of commutation process analysis.
