摘要
提出一种基于变结构PID神经网络控制的数控机床励磁绕组的超阻尼协调控制方法.通过分析数控机床的结构,设计了变结构PID神经网络控制模型.采用自适应算法在线调整权值,实现了对数控机床励磁绕组的超阻尼协调控制方法的改进.仿真结果表明,采用该方法能有效抑制机械加工过程中产生的颤振,并能在很短时间内把机械加工误差控制在合理范围内,提高了数控机床的加工精度和效率.
Put forward a super damping coordination control method of numerical control machine tool field winding which was based on variable structure PID neural network control.Through the analysis of the structure of Nc machine tool,designed a variable structure PID neural network control model.Using adaptive algorithm to adjust the cumulative value online,realize the improvement of super damping coordination control method for numerical control machine tool field winding.The simulation results show that,by using this method can effectively suppress occurring in the process of machining chatter,and can control the machining error in a reasonable range in a short time,improve the machining precision and efficiency of Nc machine tool.
