位于中国北方的草原文化是中华优秀传统文化的重要组成部分。挖掘、整理草原文化的特征优势,建设草原文化的传承体系,对于增强文化的自信心和民族自豪感具有重要意义。草原文化传承体系的建设是一项涉及面非常广的系统工程,不仅需要积极发挥政府、保护机构、社区公众等不同保护主体的作用,还要采取建立健全地方性的法规和条例、加强宣传教育、加大经费投入、注重人才队伍建设、积极推进文化产业的开发等多项科学有效的方法与措施。

The grassland culture in the north of China is an important part of Chinese cultural tradition.Sorting out the advantages of the features and constructing the inheriting system of grassland culture is very significant in strengthening the cultural confidence and national pride.It is an all-inclusive and systematic project,so it not only requires the subjective function of government,preserving organizations and communities,but also needs to adopt many effective ways and measures,such as perfecting the local regulations and rules,reinforcing the education,increasingthe financial investment,focusing on the talents,promotingcultural industry and so on.
