摘要
海上风电场的建设会对岸基雷达海上目标探测造成一定的影响。利用雷达性能参数和雷达绕射理论定量分析风电机对岸基雷达方位、距离和高度探测的遮挡影响。计算结果表明,距离远近和地球曲率是距离遮挡影响的主要因素,雷达部署高度、风机高度是高度遮挡的主要影响因素,方位遮挡对雷达观测的影响较小。
The construction of the offshore wind farm has a certain effect on the surface target detec- tion of the shore-based radars. The occlusion effects of the wind generators on radar azimuth, range and height detection are quantitatively analyzed through the performance parameters and the diffrac- tion theory. The calculation results indicate that the range and the earth curvature as well as the height of radar and generators mainly impact radar range and height detection respectively. Neverthe- less, the azimuth occlusion has little influence on radar detection.
