壮族盐敏感人群的临床特征分析

Clinical Features of Salt-sensitive Zhuang Nationality Crowd

目的分析壮族盐敏感人群的临床特征。方法选取2013年12月—2015年9月在右江民族医学院临床学院心脏内科住院治疗的壮族患者60例,根据冷加压试验结果分为盐敏感组和盐不敏感组,每组30例。比较两组患者冷加压试验前后平均动脉压变化值,分析两组患者盐摄入量、心率、体质指数(BMI)、空腹血糖、血压(收缩压、舒张压)、血脂指标(胆固醇、三酰甘油)、心脏超声指标〔左心房前后径(LA)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVS)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVD)和左心室射血分数(LVEF)〕。结果盐敏感组患者冷加压试验前后平均动脉压变化值为(17±2)mm Hg,高于盐不敏感组的(3±1)mm Hg(P<0.05)。两组患者盐摄入量、BMI、空腹血糖、胆固醇、三酰甘油、LA比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);盐敏感组患者心率、收缩压、舒张压、LVEF均高于盐不敏感组,LVS和LVD大于盐不敏感组(P<0.05)。结论壮族盐敏感人群血压应激反应增强,心率、收缩压、舒张压、LVEF增高,LVS和LVD增大,靶器官损伤出现较早。

Objective To analyze the clinical features of salt- sensitive Zhuang nationality crowd. Methods From December 2013 to September 2015,a total of 60 Zhuang nationality inpatients were selected in the Department of Cardiology,Clinical School of Youjiang Nationality Medical College,and they were divided into A group（ salt- sensitive patients） and B group（ salt- insensitive patients） according to cold pressure test results, each of 30 cases. Change value of mean arterial pressure before and after cold pressure test,salt intake,heart rate,BMI,FBG,blood pressure（ including SBP and DBP）,blood lipids index（ including cholesterol and TG） and cardiac ultrasonic indicators（ including LA,LVS,LVD and LVEF）were compared between the two groups. Results The change value of mean arterial pressure of A group was（ 17 ± 2） mmHg,was statistically significantly higher than that of B group of（ 3 ± 1） mmHg（ P〈0. 05）. No statistically significant differences of salt intake,BMI,FBG,cholesterol,TG or LA was found between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）, while heart rate, SBP,DBP and LVEF of A group were statistically significantly higher than those of B group,LVS and LVD of A group were statistically significantly lager than those of B group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The irritability of blood pressure of salt- sensitive Zhuang nationality crowd is elevated,heart rate,SBP,DBP,LVS,LVD and LVEF are relatively high,LVS and LVD increases,and occurrence time of target organ damage is relatively early.
