摘要 分析某大型餐厅的火灾危险性,设定不同火源位置下的火灾场景,利用火灾模拟动力学软件FDS结合人员疏散的经验公式,计算相应的可用疏散时间与必须疏散时间,得出安全评价结果。结果表明:同样的火灾功率,不同火源位置的火灾场景下的疏散情况有很大不同;机械排烟系统对火灾蔓延控制十分重要。建议该餐厅加大排烟能力,增设安全出口。 Fire risk of a large restaurant was analyzed. Scenarios were set under different fire place. FDS and empirical formula were used to calculate TASET and TRSET. The results of safety e- valuation was obtained which showed that: fire evacuation un- der fire scene was very different with the same fire power and the different location; mechanical ventilation is important for controlling fire spreading. Suggestions including increasing the capability of smoke exhausting, and adding exit were made.
