摘要
在综述视频火灾探测技术的基本原理和现有视频火灾烟雾检测算法的基础上,提出了一种结合烟雾静态特征与动态特征进行研究的视频火灾烟雾检测算法。介绍运动区域目标检测与提取方法及效果,以及烟雾静态特征和动态特征的提取和分析。测试结果证明该算法能够准确且迅速地探测出火灾烟雾,误报率低,可靠性好。
Based on overviewing the basic principle of video fire detection technology and existing video fire detection algorithm, a video fire smoke detection algorithm based on static and dy- namics features of smoke was proposed. The movement area target detection and extraction and the effect was introduced, as well as the static and dynamic features extraction and analysis. Test results showed that the algorithm can accurately and quickly detect the fire smoke with a low false alarm rate and high reliability.
