上海市社区医务人员职业价值感现状及影响因素调查

Status of Sense of Professional Value of Shanghai Community Health Workers and Influencing Factors

目的了解上海市社区医务人员的职业价值感现状及影响因素。方法于2014年12月—2015年1月,在上海市黄浦区的10家社区卫生服务机构中随机抽取在岗医师430名。采用课题组自行设计的问卷对纳入医务人员进行调查,问卷内容包括医务人员的一般资料和职业价值感评价等,最终回收有效问卷403份。采用多元Logistic回归分析探讨社区医务人员职业价值感的影响因素。结果在403名医务人员中,对职业价值感评价为有、无所谓、无的分别占44.2%(178/403)、24.1%(97/403)、31.7%(128/403)。不同性别、文化程度、婚姻状况、月收入及职称社区医务人员的职业价值感比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同年龄、户籍、岗位及专业社区医务人员的职业价值感比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、户籍及职称对社区医务人员职业价值感的影响有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论上海市社区医务人员的职业价值感现状较差,年龄、户籍及职称是其影响因素。

Objective To investigate sense of professional value of Shanghai community health workers and influencing factors. Methods From December 2014 to January 2015,we randomly enrolled 430 in- service doctors from 10 community health service settings in Huangpu District in Shanghai. Survey was conducted on these health workers using a self- designed questionnaire,and the content included general data,the evaluation of sense of professional value,etc. A total of 403 effective questionnaires were collected at last. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was employed to investigate the influencing factors for sense of professional value of community health workers. Results Among the 403 health workers,the proportions of health workers who had a sense of professional value,who did not care and who did not have a sense of professional value were 44. 2%（178 /403）,24. 1%（97 /403） and 31. 7%（128 /403） respectively. Health workers who had different genders,education background,marital status,monthly income and professional titles were not significantly different in sense of professional value（P〉0. 05）,while health workers with different age,household registration status,posts and majors were significantly different in sense of professional value（ P〈0. 05）. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age,household registration status and professional titles had significant influence on the sense of professional value of community health workers（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion The percentage of Shanghai community health workers who have sense of professional value is comparatively lower,and its influencing factors are age,household registration,professional titles.
