用一次性根管治疗术和常规根管治疗术治疗根尖周炎的效果对比

Clinical analysis of one-time root canal therapy in the treatment of periapical periodontitis therapy and conventional root canal

目的 :对比分析用一次性根管治疗术和常规的根管治疗术治疗根尖周炎的临床效果。方法 :将近期我院收治的68例根尖周炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各有34例患者。我院对对照组患者采用常规的根管治疗术进行治疗,对观察组患者采用一次性根管治疗术进行治疗。治疗结束后,比较两组患者手术的成功率、就诊的次数和完成治疗所需要的时间。结果 :两组患者手术的成功率相比差异不显著(P>0.05),不具有统计学意义。观察组患者的就诊次数明显少于对照组患者,其完成治疗所需要的时间明显短于对照组患者,二者相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:采用一次性根管治疗术和常规的根管治疗术治疗根尖周炎均可取得较好的治疗效果。但是,采用一次性根管治疗术治疗根尖周炎,可有效地减少患者就诊的次数,缩短其治疗的周期。因此,临床上应将一次性根管治疗术作为治疗根尖周炎的首选方式。

Objective： To investigate the effect of one-time root canal therapy and conventional root canal therapy the clinical effect of treatment of periapical periodontitis. Methods： 68 patients with periapical periodantitis were randomly divided into two groups （34 cases each）, a group of one-time root canal therapy group, a group of routine root canal therapy. Results： the two groups of patients with clinical treatment success rate compared to, P〉0.05. Conclusion：the one-off root canal therapy and conventional root canal therapy has a good effect on apical root canal treatment of Zhou Yanjun, but a short cycle, reduce patient referral number and time.
