柴胡陷胸汤加减治疗胃食管反流病疗效观察

Efficacy observation of modified chaihu xianxiong decoction on gastroesophageal reflux disease

目的:观察柴胡陷胸汤加减治疗胃食管反流病的临床疗效。方法:将60例胃食管反流病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组口服奥美拉唑20 mg,治疗组予柴胡陷胸汤加减治疗,两组均1个月为1个疗程,1个疗程后观察疗效。结果:治疗组治愈率及总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:柴胡陷胸汤加减治疗痰热郁阻型胃食管反流病有较好疗效。

Objective： To observe and analyze the clinical effects of modified chaihu xianxiong decoction on gastroesophageal reflux disease. Methods： 60 cases of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with oral Omeprazole 20 mg,the treatment group was treated with modified chaihu xianxiong decoction. Both groups were treated for 1 month as a course of treatment and the therapeutic effects were observed after one course of treatment.Results： The cure rate and total effective rate in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group;the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The modified chaihu xianxiong decoction has obvious effect on gastroesophageal reflux disease of phlegm heat stagnation type.
