苦柏外洗方治疗炎性外痔疗效观察

Efficacy observation of fumigation method of kubai formula for the treatment inflammatory external hemorrhoids

目的:观察苦柏外洗方治疗炎性外痔的临床疗效。方法:将120例患者随机分为两组,治疗组和对照组分别采用苦柏外洗方和痔疾洗液熏洗治疗,每次20 min,每日2次,7天为1个疗程,观察两组肛门疼痛、肛缘水肿情况及疗效。结果:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后疼痛及水肿积分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗组疼痛及水肿改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:苦柏外洗方治疗炎性外痔疗效较好。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of kubai external washing formula on inflammatory external hemorrhoids. Methods： 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group and the control group were treated respectively with kubai external washing formula and hemorrhoids lotion and with fumigation and washing,20 min every time,2 times a day,7 days as a course of treatment. Anus pain,anal margin edema and effects were observed. Results： The effect in treatment group was obviously better than in control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The scales of pain and edema of two groups after treatment were lower than before treatment（ P 〈 0. 05）.The improvments of pain and edema in treatment group were obviously better than in control group（ P 〈 0. 05）.Conclusion： kubai external washing formula has the exact effect on inflammatory external hemorrhoids.
