摘要
针对热电厂冷却水系统的铜质换热器,选取冷却水p H值、氨氮质量浓度、曝气量、温度作为铜腐蚀影响因素,采取旋转挂片腐蚀试验法,对氨氮质量浓度对铜腐蚀速率影响、各影响因素的显著性进行分析。铜质换热器的铜腐蚀速率随冷却水氨氮质量浓度的增大呈上升趋势,铜腐蚀影响因素显著性的排序为:p H值、氨氮质量浓度、曝气量、温度。
For copper heat exchanger in cooling water system in thermal power plant, pH value, ammonia nitrogen concentration, aeration rate and tempera- ture are selected as factors influencing copper corrosion. The influence of ammonia nitrogen concentration on copper corrosion rate as well as the significance of the influencing factors are analyzed by the rotation specimen method. The copper of copper corrosion rate of the copper heat exchanger shows a rising trend with increase of ammonia nitrogen concentration in cooling water. The significance sequence of factors influencing copper corrosion is pH, ammonia nitrogen concentration, aeration rate and temperature.
