基于灰色系统和神经网络的高校科技活动投入数据预测组合模型研究

分别使用灰色系统预测模型、神经网络预测模型和灰色系统-神经网络组合模型对高校科技活动投入数据进行预测.结果显示:与其他两个预测模型相比,灰色系统-神经网络组合模型预测效果明显较好,相对误差明显得到改善.使用灰色系统-神经网络组合模型对2015年和2016年高校科技活动投入进行预测.

This paper uses the grey system forecasting model,neural network prediction model and grey system-neural network model to forecast the input data of universities＇ science and technology activities.Compared with other two forecasting models,grey system-neural network combination forecast effect is good,the relative error is improved significantly.This paper predicts the input data of universities＇ science and technology activities in 2015 and 2016with this model.
