列宁的干部选拔思想探析

The organic part of Lenin＇s thought is Lenin＇s thought of cadre selection,which is also the important content of Marx＇s party construction.In leading the Russian Communist Party to seize the regime＇s power and in leading revolutionary practice,Leinin creatively combine Marx＇s and Engels＇ s Party cadres selection theory with Russian socialist revolution and construction,and put forward a set of thought about creative and constructive cadres selection strategy,which profoundly reveals the fundamental law of the Party building.In the new historical period of deepening reform,combing and excavating Lenin＇s cadre thought has great significance for the training and selection of the cadres of the Communist Party of China with both ability and moral integrity,which has the important theory value and practical significance to create a high-quality contingent of cadres,to consolidate the ruling status of the Communist Party of China and to promote the overall health of Chinese socialist development.
