摘要
西宁特殊钢股份有限公司750开坯生产线均热炉改造,采用高速烧嘴结合脉冲燃烧控制技术,每座坑单独控制炉压。自投产以来,节能效果好,产量增加,经济效益明显。文章结合工程实例,对均热炉的设计进行了介绍,为类似工程设计提供参考。
The transformation for soaking pit of 750 blooming production line for Xining Special Steel Co. Ltd. is with the high-speed nozzle combining with pulse-burning control technology and each furnace pit controls the furnace pressure separately. Since it has gone into operation,the effect of energy saving is good,the yield is increased and the economic benefit is obvious. In the paper,the design of soaking pit is introduced combining with the engineering example,which could provide references for the similar engineering design.
