钢铁厂总图运输设计的新特点及新规律

New Characteristics and Laws for Designing General Layout and Transportation of Iron and Steel Plant

文章通过对"山西XX钢铁厂"总图运输的研究和探讨,结合现代化的钢铁联合企业和国家"节能环保型工厂"的新要求,提出和总结了新建钢铁厂总运输设计中的新特点和新规律,对新建钢铁联合企业在总图运输设计中缩小了吨钢占地指标,节省了土地资源,降低了运输环节中的能量消耗,为企业创造了较高的长期性的经济效益和社会效益。

In the paper,the new characteristics and laws for designing general layout and transportation of new-built iron and steel plant are proposed and summarized through studying and discussing the general layout and transportation of Shanxi XX Iron and Steel Plant as well as combining with the new requirements of plant with energy conservation and environment protection for the modern iron and steel complex and the country. As a result,the land occupy index per ton steel for designing general layout and transportation of new-built iron and steel complex is reduced so that the land resources are saved and the energy consumption in transportation is reduced to realize the long-term higher economic and social benefits for the enterprise.
