提高碳酸铈稀土总量的工艺研究

摘要 为了提高经带式过滤机生产的碳酸铈产品稀土总量,研究了Ce Cl3溶液浓度、反应时间、反应温度、淋洗水温、带式过滤机布料厚度对产品稀土总量的影响,优选出适合生产的工艺条件,经过工业试验生产,得到稀土总量w(REO)≥45%的碳酸铈产品。 In order to improve the total quantity of rare earth for cerium carbonate manufactured with the belt filter,the effects of the concentration of Ce Cl3 solution,reaction time,reaction temperature,water temperature of elution and thickness of material for belt filter on the total quantity of rare earth are studied as well as the technological conditions suitable for productions are optimized. As a result,the cerium carbonate products with w( REO) ≥45% are produced through the industrial trial production
