包钢薄板厂精炼L2级系统的开发与应用

Development and Application on Refining L2 System of CSP Plant of Baotou Steel

文章在分析我国精炼数据管理系统现状的基础上,介绍了包钢薄板厂精炼LZ级系统软件开发的背景及意义,重点阐述了软件的主要功能及技术难点,其中包括精炼L2级和基础自动化PLC、炼钢排程MES、化验室以及显示系统之间的通讯,人机交互界面的设计与实现。

In the paper,it is introduced the background and significance of developing the software for refining L2 system of CSP Plant of Baotou Steel,mainly elaborated the main functions and technological difficulties of the software including the communications between the refining L2 system and basic automated PLC,manufacturing execution system（ MES）of steelmaking scheduling,laboratory and display system separately as well as the design and realization of human-computer interaction interface based on analyzing the present situations of management system for refining data in our country.
