摘要
文章从预弯参考曲线、标度转换、信号转换等几方面介绍了轨梁厂百米重轨预弯的控制策略设计以及预弯控制系统的系统设计及实现,通过本系统的应用实现了钢轨的精确预弯功能,满足了百米重轨在进入矫直机前的工艺要求。
In the paper,it is introduced the control strategy design for prebending of 100-metre heavy rail as well as system design and realization of control system for prebending of Rail and Beam Plant from such aspects as reference curve for prebending,scales transformation and signal conversion. With applying the system,the precise prebending function of rail is realized so that the technological requirements of 100-metre heavy rail before going into straightener could be satisfied.
