摘要
随着国家排放法规的逐步升级,对发动机开发试验室设备的精度、响应性和控制手段的要求随之提高。良好的试验手段、稳定的环境控制,为发动机的进一步研发奠定了坚实的基础,为开发数据的重现提供了条件;但是往往这样规划的试验室,投资不菲,这就带来如何提高这些试验室利用率的问题。所以现代试验室设计规划时,应需从试验室边界条件控制和利用率这两方面进行考虑,否则或导致试验室利用率不高,让高投入的试验室得不到有效利用,或试验室设计起点不高,不能有效控制试验室边界条件,加上未充分考虑发动机未来发展的需求,一旦建成就处于淘汰状态。
With emissions regulations gradually upgrade, the requirements of accuracy, response and control for engine testing facility increase accordingly. Better testing methods and stable ambient controls lay a solid foundation for engine RD, but such testing facility costs high. Availability, therefore, becomes a key issue. In design of a modern engine testing facility, boundary conditions of laboratory and availability must be taken into account to avoid either high investment with low availability or low investment with no future.
