摘要
阐述开设通识选修课"茶与茶文化"课程的重要意义,并结合教学实践,通过对课程定位、教学内容、教学手段和考核方式等方面的设计与改革,注重培养学生能力和素质的提高,以期探讨一种适合高校通识选修课的教学模式,为加强高校通识选修课的建设提供参考,从而全面提升学生自主学习能力和学习质量。
This article expounds the significance of opening the general education elective course Tea and Tea Culture. Base on teaching practice, the authors design and reform the orientation of courses, content of course, teaching methods and evaluation mode, and pay attention to the improvement of students' ability and quality. This paper aims at provide available reference to build the general education elective course in universities and improve the students' autonomous learning ability and their learning quality.
