摘要
从教学目的、教学内容及教学过程等方面对开放式"食品工艺学实验"教学模式进行了初步探索。为进一步提高"食品工艺学实验"的教学质量打下一定基础,同时也为食品科学与工程专业培养应用创新型人才提供新的思路和方法。
This paper has explorated the teaching objective, content and procedure of the open-mode Food Technology experimental teaching. The objectives of these reforms are improving the teaching quality of the food teehmology experiment, providing new ideas and methods to train the applied and creative talents of food science and engineering.
