摘要
多称量单元的皮带秤在输送机上安装后,各个皮带秤的称重单元由于皮带效应(如皮带的绷紧程度、皮带的软硬度等)的变化,使得空载皮带的头尾部称重单元受力差值率会发生了变化,此时如果不对皮带秤的量程系数进行修正,继续采用初始量程系数计量误差会增大。如果采用修正方法对皮带秤初始量程系数进行修正,采用新的量程系数进行物料试验,计量误差会更小。

If the wrong range coefficient belt scale revised,continue to use the initial scale coefficient, measurement error will increase.
