摘要 本文针对铝电解车间高温、高磁场、强粉尘和强腐蚀性气体的工作环境,利用红外线的物理特性,设计一套基于红外线的电解车间行车定位系统,通过该系统识别出铝的槽号,从而使管理部门准确掌握电解设备的生产能力及运行效率,合理保持电解槽在生产过程中的物料平衡、效率平衡。详细说明了行车定位系统的设计思路及安装方式。该行车定位系统具有高可靠性、高稳定性、定位准确等特点,适合在电解行业推广使用,能够取得良好的经济效益。 According to the working environment of the electrolytic aluminum workshop of high temperature, high magnetic field,strong dust and strong corrosive gas, the driving of the electrolytic workshop on the weighing system study is very important. In this paper, the physical characteristics of the infrared, design a set of infrared electrolysis workshop based on weighing crane positioning system, aluminum slot number through the system identification, in order to make the management departments to accurately grasp the electrolysis equipment production capacity and operating efficiency, to maintain a reasonable electrolytic tank in the production process of the material balance, the balance of efficiency. The design idea and the installation method of the positioning system of the weighing crane are described in detail. The weighing vehicle positioning system has the characteristics of high reliability, high stability, accurate positioning, etc., and is suitable for popularization and use in the electrolytic industry, and can obtain good economic benefits.
