称重传感器被喻为电子衡器的心脏,它的性能在很大程度上决定了电子衡器的准确度和稳定性,在更换皮带秤时,经常要遇到如何选用传感器量程的问题。浮衡秤结构上吸取了关节轴承自我调心原理,称重桥架整体具有自由浮动优点,抗偏载能力强,适应皮带运输机带宽大、带速高和易跑偏的场合,其对称重传感器的要求就苛刻,量程的大小选择尤为重要。
