文章阐述了重组的概念,对"乳制品加工技术"课程进行了定位,对乳制品的主导产品市场、学生的学情进行了分析,同时阐述了课程重组的原则、课程重组的情况、重组后的特点、重组后的实施效果、重组后存在的问题及课程教学模式改革方案。
The concept of restructuring of Dairy Processing Technology curriculum is elaborated and located,the leading dairy product market and students learning situation are analyzed. Meanahile,the principle,situation,characteristice,implementation,and existing problems after the reorganization are expound,the teaching mode reform programme is elaborated.
