摘要
母婴垂直传播是乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)最重要的传播途径之一,阻断母婴垂直传播可显著降低HBV感染率;如何安全、有效地阻断HBV的垂直传播,一直以来受到广泛关注,本文对HBV垂直传播的阻断方式作一综述和总结。
Mother-to-child transmission（ MTCT） is one of the most important transmission routes for hepatitis B virus（ HBV）.HBV prevalence rate can be reduced obviously by blocking the MTCT.Safe and effective methods for blocking the MTCT are always paid widely attention.This article is reviewing and summarizing the prevention of MTCT of HBV.
