超声引导肌间沟径路与锁骨上径路臂丛神经阻滞的麻醉效果比较 被引量:33

摘要 目的比较超声引导下肌间沟径路与锁骨上径路臂丛神经阻滞用于上肢手术的麻醉效果。方法择期上肢手术患者60例,按随机数字表法分为A、B两组各30例。分别在超声引导下行臂丛神经阻滞,A组行肌间沟径路,B组经锁骨上径路。比较两组麻醉操作时间、镇痛时间、臂丛神经主要分支麻醉阻滞完善情况、手术中辅助镇痛药使用情况及麻醉相关并发症发生情况。结果两组麻醉操作时间、术后镇痛时间、20 min阻滞完善率、手术中辅助镇痛药使用及麻醉相关并发症发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超声引导下肌间沟径路与锁骨上径路臂丛神经阻滞均是安全有效的上肢麻醉阻滞方法,值得推荐使用。 Objective To investigate the analgesia effect of the ultrasound-guided inter scalene anesthesia and supraclavicular brachial plexus block anesthesia for upper extremity surgery.Methods Sixty patients undergoing upper extremity surgery were randomly divided into inter scalene group( group A) and supraclavicular group( group B).The group A received ultrasound-guided inter scalene brachial plexus block while the group B received supraclavicular brachial plexus block.The block operation time,blocking effects of the main terminal nerves of brachial plexus,analgesic effect time,additional analgesia drugs used during operation and incidence of side effects were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the block operation time,the postoperative analgesia time,additional analgesia drugs used during operation and incidence of side effects between the two groups( P〉 0. 05).The rate of complete block effects during 20 minutes after operating was also no significant different between the two groups( P 〉0. 05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided inter scalene and supraclavicular brachial plexus block are all effective and safe for the upper extremity surgery.
