莱赛尔纱超大牵伸纺纱工艺的优化 被引量:6

摘要 针对纺制莱赛尔纱时超大牵伸条干恶化严重、大颗粒棉结和毛羽较多等纺纱难点,采用模糊决策方法对超大牵伸纺制莱赛尔纱的关键技术进行优化分析,并探讨牵伸中区和前区的上销结构、中上罗拉形式对7.4 tex紧密莱赛尔单纱成纱质量的影响,应用模糊聚类分析对密切值法和Borda法的决策结果进行验证。结果表明:牵伸前区和中区采用大前冲上销,中上罗拉使用低硬度高弹性软胶辊时,可有效改善7.4 tex莱赛尔紧密单纱的成纱质量水平,能满足开发莱赛尔高档纺织面料的质量要求,牵伸中区关键工艺参数对莱赛尔成纱质量影响最大。 In order to solve spinning difficulties of Lyocell yarns in superhigh drafting that is proven to worsen yarn evenness,increase more neps and hairiness,fuzzy decision method was used in this article to optimize the spinning key technologies of super high draft spinning Lyocell yarns,and the influence of the top pin and the central-top roller on qualities of 7. 4 tex compact spun Lyocell yarns was also discussed.The fuzzy clustering method was used to verify the decision results of intimate data method and Borda method. The results show that the qualities of 7. 4 tex compact spun Lyocell yarns can be effectively improved under the conditions that the front area and the central area use front-extended top pin combined with rubber-covered rollers with low tenacity and high elasticity. The qualities of the resultant yarns could meet the requirements of developing high-grade Lyocell textile fabrics. It is also concluded that the center-area key process parameters have the greatest impact on qualities of Lyocell yarns.
