摘要
介绍了分流集流阀同步回路和同步马达同步回路的原理、特点及其消除累积误差的措施;分析了转子护环装拆设备的同步需求,并采用分流集流阀同步回路和同步马达同步回路设计了护环装拆设备液压同步系统。该系统经安装使用,运行稳定,同步精度满足汽轮发电机转子护环装拆的工艺要求。
The principle and characteristics of the dividing-collecting valve synchronous circuit and the synchronous motor synchronous circuit and the method of eliminating the cumulative error were introduced. And synchronous de- mand of the install or dismantling equipment for rotor retaining ring of turbo-generator was analyzed. Hydraulic syn- chronous system of the equipment was designed by applying the dividing-collecting valve synchronous circuit and the synchronous motor synchronous circuit. By running the equipment, the stability and credibility of the hydraulic synchronous system was examined, synchronous precision meet the process of install or dismantling rotor retaining ring.
