摘要
为解决某闭式泵控系统速度控制超调量大且响应慢的问题,提出了基于智能积分伪微分控制的速度控制方法。首先,建立闭式泵控系统的数学模型;然后,分析了一般控制算法的不足,引出了智能积分伪微分控制算法;最后,实现了闭式泵控系统的速度控制仿真,构建了实验平台。实验结果与仿真结果一致,验证了所提方法的可行性。
In order to solve the problem of large overshoot and slow response to the speed control of a closed pump control system, a speed control method based on the intelligent integral PDF is proposed. First, the mathematical model of closed type pump control system is set up; Then the influence of interference and the traditional control method of the system is analyzed, the control method based on intelligent integral PDF is introduced; Finally, we make a simulation of the speed control of the closed type pump control system, and experiment platform of the sys- tem is constructed. The experimental results are in agreement with the simulation results, and the feasibility of the proposed method is verified.
