摘要 以某型号防爆胶轮车的湿式多盘制动器液压系统为研究对象,介绍了液压系统工作原理,分析充液阀、制动阀的结构特点和工作原理,建立了各工作状态受力平衡方程,建立了系统及元件AMESim仿真模型,进行了充液、制动以及充液和制动联合三个过程仿真。仿真结果表明:仿真模型准确,仿真结果与设计要求基本一致,液压系统性能良好。 In this paper, a type of explosion-proof rubber tyred vehicle brake hydraulic control system as the research object. This paper introduces the working principle of hydraulic system, analyzes the structural characteristics and working principle of hydraulic pressure valve and brake valve, and establishes the force balance equation of each working state. The simulation model of the system and the element AMESim is established, and the simulation of the three processes is carried out. The simulation results show that the simulation model is accurate, and the sim- ulation results are in good agreement with the design target, and the performance of the hydraulic system is good.
