冰风洞虚拟仪器环境参数测试系统设计实现 被引量:3

摘要 为获取结冰环境下风洞内各状态参数,在PXI总线平台上应用LabVIEW开发了冰风洞流场环境参数测试系统。通过部署在冰风洞各部件段的传感器测得了总压、静压、总温、静温、湿度等重要参数,应用一阶RC滤波和均值滤波对频域噪声进行了滤除,在PXI系统平台上进行了多通道同步实时数据采集,采用压力落差法对气流参数进行测试计算。实验结果表明,系统对低速及亚声速状态流场环境参数测试全面,通过FSSP、OAP和J-W热线仪测得了液滴平均体积直径(MVD)和液态水含量(LWC),获得了适宜结冰测试的流场特性参数,为翼型部件的结冰性能分析提供了依据。 To obtain status parameters of wind tunnel in freezing environment,the ice wind tunnel flow field environment parameters measurement system is developed on PXI bus platform by using Lab VIEW.Important parameters including total and static pressure,total and static temperature,humidity and so on are measured by sensors deployed through wind tunnel components,the noise is filtered out by using first order RC filter and average filter,the real-time high-speed synchronous acquisition in a large number of channels is proceeded on PXI system platform and the airflow parameter is tested and calculated by pressure drop method.The experiment results show that the system makes comprehensively testing for low speed and subsonic state flow field environment parameters,the droplets median volume diameter and liquid water content are measured combining FSSP,OAP and J-W hotline instrument,the flow field characteristic parameters that are suitable for freezing test are obtained,which prorides a basis for frozen performance analysis on airfoils part.
