摘要 针对近年来飞机含TMS320VC5416处理器电路板修理现状,为掌握该系列板件的修理能力,迫切需要开展其软件测试技术研究。在对该处理器进行系统阐述基础上,设计并研制一块基于这种处理器的多功能(包括RS232/RS485/RS422/CAN2.0功能)实验板,给出该板的硬件电路图与软件流程框图,并基于C语言在CCS3.3开发环境下进行调试,实验结果表明其有效性。实验板硬件设计与软件开发研究工作对于反修飞机含这种处理器电路板板件有很大帮助。 In order to master the ability of repairing circuit board including TMS320VC5416 processor,study on this processor software testing must be carried out aiming at repairing circuit board including 80C186 processor condition in recent years.A multi-function experiment board for the processor is designed on the basis of expounding the processor systematically from various aspects.Hardware circuit diagram and software flow chat are provided.Functional test including RS232,RS485,RS422,CAN2.0 communication is implemented based on the assembly language under the exploitation environment of CCS3.3.The results show that hardware design and software exploitation are very effective.Research work for forward designing and software programming for the processor is of great help for reverse repairing 80C186 processor circuit board.
